FXO - Incoming calls continuous ringing

Hello,

 

Problem - Intermittantly about 3/10 calls experiencing continous ringing.  From GW we can see ring detected using show voice port summary.  ccapi in/out shows the exact same output for failed and working calls.  We don't see the failed calls in Unity Connection Port status.

 

Call-Flow

PSTN --> FXO H323 GW --> CUCM version7 --> Unity Connection

Wondering if there are any other debugs I could try or if there are any other troubleshooting steps.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

you need to configure cptone

you need to configure cptone on voice port according to pstn provider

I got same problem I tried

Can you try adding the "no battery reversal" command on the voice port. If that also does not fix, then provide detailed symptoms of the issue such as below:

 

For the pstn user, is the ringback continuous or does it disconnect for him.

Does the incoming call ring and then disconnect. Again ring and disconnect so on.

 

More details on the issue will  be good.
