Hello all. we are trying to get 2 FXO ports to show the calling number on phone.
However while enabling caller-id on the fxo voice-port, calling party shows as " From O "
We have also tried removing the voice-port from MGCP control on CUCM and enable H323.
However still same symptom.
Please help.
Regards
Davi

Hi Davi,
In this version both MGCP and H323 gateway supports caller ID for FXOs. Please put a command "caller-id enable" under voice-port and then test and also test Alex (+5) suggestion as well.

Try getting the following debugs for an MGCP call with caller-id enabled:
debug vpm signal
debug voice ccapi inout
debug mgcp packet

Davi,
Have a read at link
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios/12_2/voice/configuration/guide/fvvfax_c/vvfclid.html#wp1077886
You need to know when to look for and apply the CLID
In the UK we use " caller-id alerting dsp-pre-alloc"
Try a couple of different option and see if it helps
Hope this helps
Regards
Alex

Hi Aaron. Thanks for the doc.
Could you indicate what are the clues to look for in order know which caller-id type to apply?
