FXO need to be reset randomly

I'm finding that the analog phone lines are 'going down' in one office. When I reset the voice ports on the router, they come right back up and will remain that way for 24 hours to several weeks. Also verified that there is no maintenance ongoing with the circuit in the area.

I've checked the logs and can find no issues that would indicate a loss of connection with the call manager or the circuit dropping in general. However, when I check the gateway, all endpoints are show unregistered.

Any ideas?

CM 4.1.3

Router: 2811

FXO: VIC2-4 FXO

FXS: VIC 2-2FXS

IOS: 12.4(1r)

What version of IOS do the other sites have? If they are ok and on later versions, then thats what I would use for this site having problems. If you need to pick, I would try something like 12.4(8c) or 12.4(13e). Also -- check the SR that is installed on CallManager and make sure its patched up as well. I suggest SR6a for 4.1.3
