FXO outgoing call problem

HI

I have a new installtion for a new site , i have Cisco gateway 3925 with 4 VIC2-4 fxo cards and a CUCM v8.5. I used MGCP between Cisco Gateway and CUCM. When i started to do test for outgoing and incoming calls , i found the below:-

1- For outgoing call i tried to call  from Cisco IP phone to my mobile number  , on Cisco IP phones it gives me ring out then connected however my mobile still ringging.

2-For incoming , i have a disconnect problem.

I have already read all documents and tried the below document without any success.
