I have a VIC2-4FXO that shows up in inventory but not in running config. Anyone? I have re-seated and also moved the card.

Yeah the client had not installed PVDM before it shipped to the site. Configuring the DSP's is when i finally noticed the missing PVDM's ...

Probably you don't have the UC (Unified Communications) feature activated. You can do show license feature to verify this.
If it is the case, check this link on how the activate a feature on a ISR G2:

Check show version and show diag to check its recognized or not
then try voice-card command
