FXO Port remains off-hook

Using a Cisco 2901 ISR configured for H323 connecting to CUCM 7.x - Using H323 for caller-id support on the FXO ports.  It's a VIC2-2FXO and both inbound/outbounds calls is working fine.  However, when an inbound call is made and not answered, the FXO port remains on an off-hook state and it will work once we shut and no shut the voice-port 0/0/0 and voice-port 0/0/1

You need to configure custom tones for your country.

If you want a permanent solution, use ISDN, not analog.

Hi,

I was having similar problem in one of our site. Even after PSTN user disconnects the ip phone keeps on ringing.

I applied the custom tone settings. It really worked for me.

Thanks Paolo...

if i add "supervisory disconnect anytone" under voice-port then issue resolves but incoming calls disconnect after 1 or 2 seconds.

please advise what to do to fix the issue. thank you
