i have customer connect make voip between 2 pbx the problem is occure in a specefic site where usually when the users in that site make voip call to another site and finish the call the fxo still up and don't close untill i reset it
do u think it a hardware problem or software problem
i attached the configuration so plz read it if u can and till me is it hardware or configuration problem

Hi,
this is the FXO disconnect problem. However, the call showul close after a certain time, which IOS are you using ?

Note: in most countries the only configuration you can use is TONE DISCONNECT DETECTION, other tecniques won't work.
