FXO to FXS QOS good but with FXO to IP phone voice quality degrade

i am using CME on 2821 & facing a problem that any call comining in from PSTN to IP phone & going out from IP Phone to PSTN the quality of voice degrade but when called from any analog phone througy FXS to PSTN the voice quality is good.

It sounds to me that you switches are not configured correctly for QoS. Have you enabled QoS within your switches? If not, you need to this..
