FXO Voice Delay

I am using a 2811 as an H323 gateway with CCM 4.1(3). On incoming calls to FXO ports, the phones will ring, but there will be a 5 second delay before voice traffic is heard. The person answering the phone may say "hello" but the caller will not hear this. All works fine after the intial few seconds.

Any advice?

We have been having the same problem with a similar setup. Did you ever find a fix for this?

I am also having this issue at 3 customer sites as well.

I am using 2821 gateways with 7961... H323 protocol to an FXO gateway.

try this global command

voice rtp send-recv
