Hi Ben,

Could not find any info related to the cause behind un-registration ?

In the meanwhile, can share the router config and try upgrading to latest firmware 15.1.3T4 , if possible?

Hi Ben,

what is the CUCM version u are using? can u share show version and show inventory from 1861 router.

I was seeing this bug:

CCMADmin page 6.1.1 says mgcp fxs port instead of sccp for sccp GW

CSCso31225

Adding cisco gateway 1861 and adding the VIC 3 FXS DID the port page says cisco mgcp fxs port
the port never registers to the call manager.

There is no workaround.

Is it possible to collect the debug while doing "no mgcp and mgcp"

Debug mgcp packets

debug mgcp events

debug mgcp error.

that would give us better idea on this issue.
