FXS stay in off-hook

Hi All,

I have an issue for fxs port in voice gateway, the fxs port connceted to the fax machine is in off-hook state. it will change to on hook when i unplug the phone cable.

IOS Version : C2951-UNIVERSALK9-M version 15.2(4)M5.

H323 voice gateway.

shut and no shut on voice port, no any changes. please see attached picture.

Can someone please tell whether this is due to any IOS bug?

Can you post the config of

Can you post the config of the fxs port and collect these debugs with show command



debug voip vtsp all
debug vpm signal
test voice port x/x/x

sh voice trace x/x/x


do shut and no shut after applying the debug

Now it's status is changed to

Now it's status is changed to on-hook, if i enter command " csim start 803" to test, the status will change to off-hook, but when i place a call from jabber to 803, the status is not changed, the status is still on-hook, maybe something is wrong on router?

I'm on site, the test phone is ring when i plug in cable, shut/no shut, it is same than before, ring and ring, i remembered i enter the command" csim start 802" before, does this case this? how can i stop it?
