Gapped Calls issues on a CUCM/CUBE/ASA environment

Hey,

I hope you can help me out please. SIP provider brought to our attention that they see many gapped calls. Now i am not sure how this is possible as we have got the ASA in front and i have specific IPs that can access the router.

 

CUCM --> CUBE --> ASA---> ITSP

 

I hope some can shine some light on this as its been going for too long and i am not sure how to resolve this.
