Gateway & Gatekeeper in single Router

I am new to Cisco IPT..

Can I configured gateway and Gatekeeper in signle Router... ?

Please suggest and also provide me the configuration doc if any..

Yes, it can be done. Note that unless you know that you need a GK, you don't need one.
