I recall a command (not listed) that allows you to tell an ISR to make an actual call, as if a voice call was being sent to the router.
Does anyone know this command?

The command is "csim start".

As everyone has said "csim start". It is a very useful tool, but you'll need to make sure you have dialpeers created to match or it want work.

Note that csim start is a hidden command.
