Get rid of Tone on Hold

Anyone know how to make it stop beeping with Tone on Hold? I tried moving the Tone On Hold timer to 200000, which the info thingy says would turn it off?

Any other ideas?

Chad:

The Tone on Hold setting will not apply for H.323 calls.

You will use a blank .wav file to "disable" tone on hold completely.

And assign that blank.wav file to he phones.

so I actually have to turn on music on hold with a blank wav file? That was my fallback plan but thats stupid. Cisco needs to fix that internally..
