Getting Incoming Calls From DB

I'm having to duplicate the incoming calls that's displayed in the Cisco Supervisor Desktop software. The fields in this display are StartTime, Direction, Answered, Calling Party, Called Party, and Call Duration.

I know I can query (SQL) the AgentConnectionDetail table for some of the starttime, duration and resourceID. However, I cant figure out which tables to join to give me the  Direction, answered, calling party and called party fields.                   

I've looked at some documention from Cisco's site but it's not much help.

Was wondering if anyone here knows how to get the following information.

Sorry about that, this is the first UCCX system I delt with. My manager said we're running 8.5. Not sure if this is an old or

current version.
