Hi there
i am about to write my own ajaxified webapp to monitor several things on CCM (4.2).
Is there by chance any way to get the current line status (idle, busy) with a direct query on the CCM database or is it held in CCM memory only?
For example: reading the CFA destination with "select * from NumPlan where CFADestination"

It may not be possible to query line status directly from CallManager database.
Users can monitor the busy/idle status of directed call park numbers using the Call Park Busy Lamp Field (BLF) buttons.

line status is not held on DB, only on memory. RIS takes care of that
