One of our customer does not likes the design of our cisco video phones and he wants the Grandstream GXV3175 and GXV3140 to be provisioned on his call manager version 8.5.
Has anyone done this before or does cucm even supports these phones.
If yes can anybody let me know the procedure for CUCM and CUCME.

There are no procedure published by Cisco.
When using third-party phones you're on your own, and will not have support if any issue arise.
