I have setup 4 phones for a shared line (extn 190 set the CFA to voicemail) added a user (vmail) assigned the 4 phones to this user and added this user as a subscriber.
It works great as a group voicemailbox. Each associated device has a button dedicated to the voicemail and the envelope flashes on the relevant line. As soon as 1 person has listened to it it clears the envelope icon on all phones.Just as I require.
Last week it just stopped working for no reason. When you rang 190, instead of the
" extn 190 is not available" I got "welcome to unity connection" etc etc.
I deleted the refernce to 190 and recreated the scenario again, with a different no. It worked. Until yesterday when the same thing happened. this is the only subscriber in Unity connections. I have deliberately not added any others.
Is there a better solution to this or am I doing something wrong? For troubleshooting I unchecked CFA on the DIR and it rang o.k. It seems it cannot reference the subscriber.
