i have a remote site with a 2821 router configured as a h.323 gateway with a local pri. Calls come in and the extension rings, but, it takes about 5 seconds after picking up the handset for the call to actually initiate. So someone calls in and employee picks up the call and say's "Hi, thank you for calling Acme corp" This is when the audio actually kicks in and connects the call, so the employee has to repeat themselves.
On rare occasions the employee picks up and the call never connects.
