H.323 GW in remote location drops outbound calls few seconds later while trying to setup call.

Hi, I've deployed an H.323 GW which can place and receive calls

from PSTN when using directly registered phones. However, when moving phones to a Communications Manager (v.6.1.4) they cannot place outbound calls to PSTN (but can receive calls without any problem).

Soon after answering the call or if I wait ringing it gets disconnected after about 8 seconds. Debug ISDN Q931 shows:

.Mar 16 19:19:30.624: ISDN Se0/0/0:15 Q931: TX -> DISCONNECT pd = 8  callref = 0x0082
        Cause i = 0x80AF - Resource unavailable, unspecified

It feels like there is some H.323 capability error/mismatch between CUCM and the GW. Any idea of any settings in the GW or GW setup in CUCM that might be preventing communication?
