All you need to do for the FXO line is build proper POTS dial peers pointing to it. On CUCM you don't have to do anything as you already have the GW configured for the E1 so it is shared, you separate the traffic via dial-peers on the GW. For inbound calls add "plar" configuration to the port to define where you want the calls to go.
