h245-alphanumeric on UCM 6.0.1(a) not work

Hello all!

[ISP]---[3845-IP2IP-GW]---[CCM]

I have a strange problem with my UCM 6.0.1(a) When I call to outside from ip-phone, I can't work with IVR and dial extension number (for example I call 97273565 and dial ext 233 after connect).

I run debug on 3845:

debug h245 asn1

"value MultimediaSystemControlMessage ::= indication : userInput : signal :

{

signalType "2"

duration 100

}

"

It is example - other dialed digit were also recognized. So, I saw that my ip-phone sended dtmf to 3845 in dtmf-relay h245-signal.

So, why my ip-phone (7911) send DTMF in signal mode?

On CCM 3845 register as h323 GW with unchecked "Wait for Far End H.245 Terminal Capability Set", set "MTP requared", checked "Enable Inbound FastStart". Other sets by default, "Media Resource Group List" - using CCM's MOH_2 and MTP_2 without multicast.

If I call from FXS-port on 3845 to outside - dtmf send as alphanumeric.

Please help!

So, if you change the dtmf on the dial-peer that is handling the call to h245-signal, are you able to handle the IVR options?

No, because my ISP can operate only with h245-alpha. My ISP says that get all dialing numbers in signal mode and also recognize its but can't use on there device. So, Is it impossible to use h245-alpha from ccm?

CallManager support incoming H245 alphanumeric

but sends h245-signal.

O, it is bad... But - My cisco-3845 terminate all calls from and to CCM. So, in outgoing dial-peer to ISP I set:

dtmf-relay h245-alpha

Can my 3845 translate incoming h245-signal from CCM to h245-alpha to ISP?

Great thanks to Cisco TAC - IP-2-IP cannot translate incoming h245-signal to h245-alpha.
