All calls from CUCM to H323 gateway are matching dial-peer 0 for inbound and exit on pots dial-peers to public telephony.

From CUCM System Guide I know that G711ulaw is in top of all G729 variants in codec order preference. So I would expect all calls being negociated with G.711 codec but from time to time I have G.729r8 calls on voice gateway.
I have found the solution by cheking "wait for TCS" option but could someone explain to me this behavior? Why I have G729 when this chekbox is unchecked in this scenario?
