H323 gateway duplicate set-up calls

Hi,

I have configured an H323 gateway and all incoming call receive the following -

I have attached the config, but the dial-peers seem to be matched, so l am not sure why the incoming calls fail.

Inbound ISDN calls fail with **ERROR**: Module-CCPRI ...CCPCC_CallIdle.
Symptom:
Incoming ISDN calls fail with the following error after the SETUP message is received:
ISDN **ERROR**: Module-CCPRI Function-CCPCC_CallIdle Error-Unknown event received in message from L3 or Host: 90

Another SETUP may be sent by the carrier due to no response, which generates this error:
ISDN Se0/0/0:23 **ERROR**: L3_GetUser_NLCB: DUPLICATE SETUP, message ignored.

H323 gateway duplicate set-up calls

Alex,

Thanks for getting back to me on this.

I had logged a TAC case at the same time of creating this on the forums. Cisco TAC advised me that they have a number of internal notes highlighting the a reboot of the ISR router was required for the H323 incoming call leg to be functional.

I scheduled a reload for that evening, and after the router was back online, l could make calls into the CUCM system.
