My customer is using UCM 7.1.2 and 2 3845 vgws (1 has local PRI and 2nd gw has LD PRI). Telco won't pass toll-free calls thru LD PRI and customer is using standard route group which is utilizing the 2nd gateway (LD) first then the 1st gw (Local).
I configured a dial-peer on 2nd gw to pass 91800....... to the 1st gw and it is setting up the call however, from IP Phone don't hear any ring back from PSTN and call gets terminated after a few second.
