Hello,

help me pls analyze the log. I cant perform call from 1991(Avaya phone) to 1225(Cisco 6921 SIP phone). When i call from cisco to avaya everything is ok.

CME 9.5. Avaya and Cisco connected over H.323.

P.S. Or did i need to use SIP trunk - "SIP endpoints are not supported on H.323 trunks. SIP endpoints are supported on SIP trunks only."

Can you please let me know the call flow/ topology and please confirm calling and called party number

gave a quick look on the logs  I saw Cause code 47 which is "No Resources" It can usually be traced to either a lack of DSP resources, channels, or more often than not a codec issue in terms media negotiation is getting failed..

Reason cause code

Call Entry(Disconnect Cause=47,:

as you said "Call from Cisco to Avaya works fine however you make a call from Avaya to Cisco it Fails".

1) Can you please check what codec is being for working call?

2) please post the route config.
