H323 PRI Gateway User/Network config

I am configuring an H323 PRI gateway in CCM, which connects to a third party's PBX. I would like to designate the CCM gateway as the "Network" side of the PRI, and the other vendors PBX as "User".

How can I specify the Network function on the CCM side?

controller e1 x/y

clock source internal

interface serial x/y:23 (or 15 for e1)

isdn protocol-emulate network

and check correct cabling (crossed T1/e1 per card pinout). Do not use ethernet patch or crossed!
