HI there,

Rather than trying to decode the HEX, it'd be much more easier if u can grab following

debugs for one failed call attempt:

deb voip ccapi inout

deb h225 asn1

deb h245 asn1

Pl. specify calling/called#  and call direction.

DK

hi dilip,

i am attaching the debug output which you asked

and the details

number 309 is cisco

number 103 is ncp500

calling from cisco to panasonic

thanks

cyril

Panasonic is sending h225 Release Complete with cause (88 - Incompatible Destination)

in response to the setup from Cisco UC5xx:

00939: Oct  7 17:40:19.381: //47/C93B47A6806B/CCAPI/cc_api_call_disconnected:
   Call Entry(Responsed=TRUE, Cause Value=88, Retry Count=0)

Not sure what's going on the Panasonic end, but try following on the IOS/UC......

cut-n-paste following at global config prompt (conf t)

voice service voip
no supplementary-service h450.2
no supplementary-service h450.3
h323
  h245 tunnel disable
  h245 caps mode restricted

hi dilip ,

thanks

its is some codec mismatch problem so now between the devices i can call

but i need one more requirement from cisco uc phones i need to take panasonic pri line to call outside mobiles and landline numbers

i created two dial-peers ,the first one is for extension dialing and second one is for to take panasonic pri line and then dial outside.

is it the correct way or else it is worng... and i am dialing like 89050............

in this 8 is to access h323trunk, and normally in panasonic 9 is to dialout and 050.....is outside number.
