we are having problems with nat alg. I need to know the h323 version, cisco tac needs to know if its version4 or 5. Please help. show gateway does not work in the router

I dont have any background on cisco voice thats why Im asking here

Hi ,

I think u have already openend the TAC case with cisco. You can ask them to help u in H.323 version.

Secondly, case can be looked only by person CCOID with which SR is opened and associated.
