H323 VG224 Modem

Hello Community, I try the followiung problem also w/ SCCP but was not sucessfull so I change to H323 but is also not properly working.

I try to setup a analoge Port at a VG224 to work properly with for a Modem should recieve incoming calls. Setup is the following:

Modem call --- PSTN -- Called Party 93276 -- VG2921 E1 -- H323 -- VG224 Voice Port 2/4 Dest. pattern. 93276.

Config is attached and trace is attached.

A Modem coming from PSTN calls a Modem connected to VG224. The analoge Port at VG224 answer the call and you hear the typical whistler like fax for handshake. But still you hear only noise and the modems connects not correctly and hangup.

I have still no Idee! I think they are not negotiate the right baud rate-

Have you checked the E1 to make sure it has no slips? show controller E1?

Is the call going directly between VG224 and 2921?

If you make a call with an analog phone do you have two way audio?

What is the fax protocol configuration you are using on both devices?

Can you attatch a show run of both devices?

Hi All, I can´t go ahead in this case, because the customer decide to use ISDN-Analoge Terminaladapzter from DETEWE.

It is a simple Adapter w/ one ISDn inout and two analog output interface.

Sorry,
