Has anybody seen this error message SKINNYSERVER-3-NOINIT?

Has anybody seen this error? It appears MOH is working fine. here is my MOH config. Not sure why I am getting this error. I have 12.4.7c IOS

Yes,

I have seen this message when people remove call-manager-fallback configuration (no call-manager-fallback). usually a reboot fixes this.

Yeah, That was the first thing I did. Tried that a couple of times. Any other ideas?

So this is what I did to fix my problem. I upgraded to 12.4.13 removed call manager fallback readded and rebooted and they went away. Thank you for your help.

Yes, I have seen it at this location in Baltimore. After I upgraded from 12.4.7c to 12.4.13d it went away.
