Headset Issue on 7960s

I'm having a weird issue with a 7960. I'm trying to setup a Plantronics C555 Wireless headset with it. The headset port on the phone doesn't seem to work though. If I connect the headset to the headset port and press the headset button and the call button on the headset, it doesn't work. However, if I connect it to the main phone headset port and take the phoneset offhook, the wireless headset works. Anybody experienced this before?

Hi Brett,

On the base of the CS55 have you set the "Compatibility Wheel" to 4. Also check the config for the 7960 in CCM Device>Phone to make sure the Headset port has not been disabled;
