Any one who can give me the configuration on CME for the belowing requirement. Thanks
Phone2 have the third line, number 4003, 4004.
While 4003 is answering call, call incoming to 4004 will be shown as the
waiting call, and the caller can hear waiting tone, but call incoming to 4003 will be busy.

Is ephone-dn with number 4003 dual-line ?

no such relatived requirement. just the question I mentioned

It is a relative requirement.
If your ephone-dn is not dual line the following will happen:
1 - you will not receive call waiting
2 - you will unable to do consultive call transfer.
Consequently, the recommendation is to always use dual-line ephone-dn, unless there is a specific reason to not do so.

Would something like this work? I don't have a lab in front of me, but I'm thinking something like this might work:
ephone-dn 1
number 4003
ephone-dn 2
number 4004
ephone 1
button 1c1,2

Thansk Nick.
Should something like that.
I just confuse whether 'c' or 'o' used here in button

When you do a button ? help, it gives you a URL at the top you can go to for more details.
Basically 'c' is for call waiting and allows the user to see the next call coming in, and 'o' is overlay and the next call just goes to the next user.
