deadlock2011

Level 1

Hi, I'm have Cisco IP Phone + Cisco Switch + Cisco Router + an SIP account release from ISP (internet service provider).

My topology: Cisco IP Phone => Switch => Router => ISP

..............

But I can't calling from inbound to outbound and from outbound to inbound.

My Cisco IP Phone use SCCP firmware 8.3

Sometime, I repair something and I can call to outbound but when I Answer, the call will "hang out". And when I calling to outbound, I can "hang out" from my Cisco IP Phone, I was press "End call" but outbound still ringing, it's not "end call" (Have problem between SCCP firmware on my Cisco IP Phone with SIP account I register from ISP?)

Please let's me know what should I do? What's the port I need open??? How to complete this config???
I hope you can help me resolve that problem, thank you very much!

My problem has been resolved, thank for supporter
