Help, MoH No Sound CCM 6.1(3)

Hi,

i have problem with MoH,

i upload the .wav file, create the audio source and asigned to the line in 2 phone.

there is 1 region in the server with g.711, i have MRG and MRGL asigned to the phones.

and when i tried to put in hold to internal or external call, the music simply does not sound, like mute.

CCM version is 6.1.3.1000-16

cluster 1 pub, 1 sub

.wav format:

-Sample rates of 48 kHz

- 16-bit PCM

- Stereo

Have you reset the MoH server?

Did you assign MRGL to the phone that is placing on hold or to the one that is placed on hold? Cause MOH resource for the phone that is going to placed on hold is taken from its config (not from the config of the phone that is placing on hold)
