Help: Need Root Password on CCM 5.1

hello everyone, after turning off the CCM for a week and power it on again. I couldnt log in. It seems there is an error (unexpected inconsistency and error occured during the filesystem check). It requires a root password to run the filesystem check. How can I get the root password?

you need to open a TAC case in order to troubleshoot that, if you're hitting a bug that requires root access the CSE will let you know what info he needs in order to create the pwd
