Hi guys,
At my work place I have CCM 7.1 & ICM 7.5.
I have a domain user ("installuser") which was used in installation & sync. It is currently used as RDP user to manege the servers.
Due to security reasons I have to change the password of this user.
Is it possible ??? Is there any guide line ??? Is it recomonded by cisco ??? can I disable the user ???

Hi Anand ,
Thanks for your reply & link ...
I think ICM will not affect as that user is no where but SQL will be ...
I have used that domain user to install the SQL. This user has Administrator rights in that server.
How can I change the password of that user..
I have checked that all the SQL services are running with that user.I still can manually change that but it is improper as that user is used in my whole IPCC cluster.
I am also not sure will it effect my SQL ???
any help would be appreciated
Thank you in advance ..
