I've been working all day with TAC trying to get the file delete.csv from the .tar file that is generated from the DMA. I've ran into a problem that the upgrade fails, Cisco has came back and said that there is a bug CSCse53281 and I need to remove the delete.csv file from the .tar file. He said that I need a Linux box in order to do it, but I don't have one. I need to know is there a way to get this file out of the .tar, I need to finish this upgrade.
From what I was told that this only affects upgrade from 4.1(3) to 5.0(4). I don't have the 5.1 DVD otherwise I would bypass the 5.0(4)
Any help would be great!
