HELP. Problem with voicemal


I have a CME 7.1 on 2921 router.  I have also installed the ISM-300-SRE unity module for voicemail and autoattentand.

My problem is when i dial the pilot number to the AA, the AA receive the call an transfer the call to the extension without any

problem.   Ocen i transfered the call the extension ring after 30 seconds i configure the extension to forward the call to the

voicemail.  When the call is transfered to the voicemaill i don't heare nothing.  It just stayed silent.  It doesn't play the prompt

"The person in extension xxxx is not available, please leave a mesage for xxxxx".

Before was working fine.

Thanks for response.

that is the rare thing. I have not done anything in the configuratión. And suddenlty it stopped working.

Reload router and CUE, check again.
