Help with Cisco 7961/7941 resetting

I acquired quite a few of these phones and I am looking to resell them. I am trying to figure out how to reset them. I have tried the soft and hard reset methods but I cant seem to be able to get my TFTP server working correct. I have set my DHCP server to option 150(I use untangled). I don't have unified call manager either. So could someone help point me in the right direction? Thanks

Do you mean you can't get your phone to connect to your TFTP server or the phone isn't finding the files it is looking for on your TFTP?  What firmware are the phones currently running SCCP/SIP?  Do you have alternate TFTP enabled on the phones under settings?  Try and set alternate TFTP to NO if it's enabled to make sure the option 150 address from your DHCP server is used instead of the manually configured one.
