Hi, can someone assist me in configuring MOH on Call Manager 8.6? Currently i have uploaded the MOH file onto the MOH server and have assign it to an MOH audio stream number. Everything seems to be working fine with the exception that now i also hear the MOH play briefly when the call is being transferred. For example, i am using Unity as an IVR to transfer to another extension. What you hear is "please wait while we transfer your call" then for a 1 or 2 seconds you hear the MOH play while the call is being transferred. (i would like this part to be silence)
