We currently are on exchange and are migrating to Lotus notes we have a user that is having his mail from the exchange forwarded to his new Lotus Notes email. the email that he is forwarding to is currently on another domain that we are migrating to. The problem is now that he is using Lotus Notes he can retrieve VM by opening them in his Lotus Notes with no problem but cannot access them through his deskphone. he doesnt recieve notification on the phone or nor can he access using the phone for VM. How can we resolve this?
