Help with forwarding voicemails that end up in Undeliverable Message Mailbox
I need help from any and all Unity experts please. I have a CUCBE installation. We have the general "Operator" account and the "Undeliverable Messages mailbox" account both of which tend to get a lot of messages. I'm looking for a way to forward messages that end up in there box to real subscribers.
I don't mind if a message ends up in one of the above Voicemail boxes but, if it could be duplicated to another subscriber, where that subscriber can then forward the message onto the intended recipient.
I've tried to set up a test "System Distribution List" with two seperate DN's and mailboxes but, when I left a message on one of the users mailbox it never replicated over to the second.
