We are running CCM 5.1 with CRS 4.5(1).
My vendor has set up a prompt recorder using a route point. The instructions state that I record a particular prompt by dialing the RP (2764 for example) enter the password and then enter an ID (1014 in this case).
My issue is I can't find what 1014 corresponds to. It isn't a VM box, I haven't any that have that number. I could record the message using Windows sound recorder and upload the file, but this is vexing me and I need to figure it out.
Any help?
