hi all

i am working on a cucm cluster. i want to take out stats for a particular telephone .(calls/time etc). i also want to check how a particular call went through or failed. tried using rtmt tool but was not able to crack it.

It sounds like you are looking for CDRs (call detail records). Assuming that you are using callmanager 6, this URL is a good place to start:
