Hide the IPCC agent information in the Lobby IP phone

I have some 7912 lobby phones and configured hot line to directing to IPCC when pick the phone and eventually will taking the call by agent

Agent IP phone configured "Display" name on the line and this should show when connect to internal employee but want to hide to the lobby 7912 IP phones.

Lobby phone-->translation pattern(blank pattern to directing to the queue)-->IPCC-->Answer by Agent.

I'm able to hide the lobby phone information in the agent phone by control translation pattern but cannot hide the agent information in the lobby phone.

If no way, please recommend a sort of dummy IP phone(ex, no LCD). I found 7902 is EoS and cannot find out another model without LCD.

In the translation pattern for the lobby phone, change Connected Name Presentation to Restricted. Also, make sure on the phone configuration page in Callmanager that Ignore Presentation Indicators is unchecked.
