Does anyone know how I can hide certain names from being listed in the corporate directory on IP phones?
What I need to do is remove some names from the corporate directory on all IP phones that relate to UCCX Agents. They are set up as generic users and need to prevent them being contacted directly. I also need to remove some VIP’s and duplicate entries as well.
I’ve done a few searches and most relate to using LDAP integration which in my case is not being used. Some of the posts also mention setting up the users as ‘Application Users’, but as the entries I want to hide are UCCX Agents I can’t see how this would work….
Does anyone know how or if this can be done?
Currently using CUCM 7.1.5 with no LDAP integration. Can provide more information if needed....
