I'm getting a ton of TFTP server requests from my NETIQ mgmt software. TAC tells me that this is most likely due to a phone being on hold for a long time. Is there anyway to find out which phone is on hold- either from a trace or thru CallManager's interface ?
thnx

Set the CCM trace to detail and look for (Hold) then normally look to the end of the same line and the device name will appear there.
