I have a CCM 6.1.2 with an H.323 Gateway. I am experiencing an issue where a call comes in, the user places the caller on hold, but once on hold the call drops and the features listed above dont seem to work.
As far as I know this is the signaling voice traffic that allows these features to work while on a call right?
